During the first round of the "Enabling" program,
conducted in 1996 and 1997, junior faculty
members from thirteen universities took part.
The program led to a number of successful
research projects and subsequent publications
by the participating faculty members, who are
now advancing in their careers. Program
applicants can contact former fellows with
questions about their experiences through
